Launching as part of the ‘Protection Pack,’ the New Balance 2002R ‘Slate Grey’ dresses the lifestyle runner in a one-note neutral finish. The upper blends breathable grey mesh with raw-edged tonal suede overlays that give the shoe its signature distressed look. The unfinished lines continue on the tongue, featuring a ‘New Balance Running’ patch and exposed foam on the interior side. Underpinning the sneaker is an ABZORB midsole with ABZORB SBS pods in the heel for improved impact protection.
